Music, and the composition of said music, are the reasons for existance... as far as I am concerned. I write to please and be pleased. I truly believe that I have accomplished that with this CD. One reviewer said that listening to this disc was "like having a friend visit." I could not ask for better praise.
I have been a musician for more than 25 years. I am not new to the field and write from a place of experience and honesty. I always attempt to make statements in new ways that can be translated into everyday life. This CD contains songs that I had so much fun writing that I hated to see it come to an end. Needless to say, I am on to newer (and better?) works.
The title, Quaerendo Invenietas, is latin for "by way of searching comes discovery." It encompasses a belief that the most useful knowledge is learned on ones own... find it yourself, in other words.
I fervently hope that you will give this CD a try. I am sure that you will enjoy it.
